Cabanossi

Our prime quality pork and beef that is sourced from local farms in the Chilterns. Grown, cured and air dried in the Chilterns using traditional South African family recipes.

Cabanossi is dried, cured sausage, flavoured with pepper and other spices. Cabanossi is also known as Kabana usually made of pork and the concept originated from Poland. Cabanossi is a healthy source of protein.
