• Original: A traditional South African mix, subtle pepperiness and depth.

• Chilli: A bold kick with added chilli flakes.

• Garlic: Umami-rich with deep, complex flavour.

• Venison: Gamey, rich and beautifully intense.

Your Combo Includes:

500g Unsliced Biltong

• Cut: This is unsliced biltong – carve it as you like.

• Moisture: Wet / Medium / Dry – choose your preferred cure level.

  • Wet: Still moist and soft in the middle. Needs refrigeration and should be eaten within a week.

  • Medium: Slight softness remains, cured but tender.

  • Dry: Fully cured, rich and chewy.

• With Fat or Without Fat: If you love that juicy edge fat (like a steak), go for “with fat” – or opt for lean.

Our biltong is made from carefully selected cuts of local Chiltern beef, rubbed with real South African spices and air dried for 5–6 days. It’s high in protein, intensely flavourful and made to order just for you.

500g Droewors

This traditional dried beef sausage is a firm South African favourite. Made using the same premium beef as our biltong, minced and seasoned with herbs, vinegar and spices before being air dried to perfection.

• No fridge needed – perfect for gym bags, lunch boxes or hikes.

• Texture: A softer chew than biltong, but still a dry, flavour-packed sausage.

• Flavour: Same great flavour options – Original, Garlic, Chilli or Venison.

We use 200g of fresh beef for every 100g of finished droewors – meaty, rich, and highly addictive!

Ingredients

Beef Biltong: Prime Beef, Garlic granules / Chilli Flakes (depending on flavour), Celery, Maize flour, Colourants, MSG (E621), Hydrogenated palm fat, Salt, Sugar, Spices, Potassium sorbate.

Beef Droewors: Prime Beef Mince, Vinegar, Barley, Flavouring (MSG, Dextrose), Spices, Palm oil, Onion, Antioxidants (TEHQ, Sodium Erythorbate), Potassium metabisulfite (Sulphur dioxide).

Allergens:

• Celery, Barley, Sulphur dioxide

• Prepared in a facility that handles Milk, Egg, Soy, and Wheat Gluten.
