Chiltern Artisan Biltong is high in protein and delicious. We trim off excess fat and the marbling of natural fat through the meat gives biltong its succulence. Beef Biltong has slightly more fat than venison biltong so it has a softer texture.

Our beef and venison comes from our carefully selected butchers in the Chilterns, much of it from local beef herds or the forestry in the Chilterns and is hand-cut into fillets that are chosen for shape, grain and texture.
