Our best British Biltong is made from locally sourced Prime Beef and Venison, sourced in the Chilterns and genuine South African spices and is available in a variety of flavours that are guaranteed to tantalise your taste buds!

Biltong is a healthy, high-protein snack, perfect for your kitbag or school lunchbox. Our beef and venison biltong is handmade by us, we are a South African couple who grew up with it, learning recipes from our families. We use a state-of-the-art dehumidifier, brought all the way from South Africa.

We also make stunning droewors, a dried South African sausage that is delicious chopped up and served with a beer or glass of wine. If you let the kids get hold of it, it is also a great after-school snack that won't ruin dinner.
